Position Type: Entry Level Silk Bridal Easton’s Bridal Stylist position offers you a fulfilling career helping a bride-to-be purchase the most important dress she will ever wear in her lifetime. It’s about listening, problem solving and creating an experience she will want to tell all of her friends about. Helping a bride find her wedding dress is like putting together a puzzle. Each piece of information she shares with you helps you get closer to the perfect wedding dress. When she says “YES” you will get emotional with her because you are so honored to have helped her find it. To be successful in this position you must be emotionally intelligent. You must approach every situation with a servant heart. You need to listen to what is said, and more importantly, what is not said. You must be able to read people very quickly, understand their point of view and have empathy for them. When things don’t go quite right you need to possess the confidence and experience to professionally navigate the situation and help the bride find a solution without management intervening. Planning a wedding is very stressful and they expect everything about us to be perfect. A joyful wedding dress shopping experience is in the small details. We are looking for team members to fill 2 open positions with no scheduling conflicts. Being a bridal stylist means working nights and weekends when most of our brides are out searching for their wedding dress. Position 1 days required: Thursday 11-7, Saturday 9-5, Sunday 10-2 Position 2 days required: Friday 10-5, Saturday 9-5, Sunday 10-2 Please read our reviews before applying for this position. Our brides experience and our reputation means the world to us and we are looking for stylists that can meet these expectations. If you can’t imagine a bride writing heartwarming words about her time with you, this isn’t the position for you. This position could potentially lead to a full time position depending on performance. Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour Your earnings potential is equal to the effort and commitment you put forth. Our Bridal Stylists typically earn between $17-22 an hour. |
Bridal Sales Support and Accessories Coordinator
Position Type: Entry Level This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door at a bridal salon without any prior experience. Job Description: - Support the customer-centric culture, where full energy and activity of the store team is focused on delivering highly satisfying customer experiences. - Meet with brides once dress arrives for try-on and accessories sales - Maintain the front room and suites in an orderly fashion, including both merchandise and non-merchandise. Responsibilities: Supporting sales team on weekends. Putting dresses back onto rack, dressing mannequins, keeping stock room neat and organized. Bridal is busiest on the weekends. Which means this candidate WILL be working weekends consistently. A typical Saturday shift is from 9AM -5pm and Sunday is 10AM-3PM. There will be no exceptions made for candidates that can't consistently be available for this schedule. The candidate must be able to be on their feet for extended periods of time.
